Reviewing merge request #2306: Add dbus autostart functionality

This adds handling of the D-Bus autostart flag.
This flag tells D-Bus to either autostart the service responsible
for a servoce name (default) or tells D-Bus to not autostart
the service, when a method call is sent to it.
