Reviewing merge request #2285: Czech translation

The `4.6-cs' branch of the czech-translation repository currently contains the Czech translations by Pavel Fric ( http://fripohled.blogspot.com/ ) for :
* Qt (qt_cs.ts)
* Qt Designer (designer_cs.ts)
* Qt Assistant (assistant_cs.ts)
* Qt Linguist (linguist_cs.ts)
* Qt Help (qt_help_cs.ts)
This merge request intend to make Czech translations enter the official Qt sources package.
However, the specified target branch, `master', may not be appropriate. Let me know if this merge request should aim at another branch.

Sorry but you cannot submit something created by somebody else. The original author is the one that can accept the license and ask for a merge.

Please ask Pavel Fric to do the merge.
