Reviewing merge request #1: Allow to add data without extracting the actual meta data from the git repo

So far you always need a git repo when adding data to the database.
This commit allows to pass the data normally extracted from the git repo
on the command line.
"noGit" may be misleading, maybe ht parameter should be renamed.

How to apply this merge request to your repository
